We offer early check-in (06:00–14:00) and late check-out (until 18:00) options at 50% of the daily rate. Please inform the administration in advance when booking if you need early check-in/late check-out. This option is subject to room availability. If you check out after 18:00, a full-day rate applies.
Due to the city’s curfew in Kyiv, we currently cannot accommodate nighttime check-ins. Our personnel is available until 22:00.

Parties and loud celebrations are prohibited. Additionally, guests are limited to the number of sleeping spaces specified on our website or third-party booking platforms (e.g., Booking, Airbnb). For example, if you rent an apartment with one double bed or two single beds, only two adults are allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Smoke detectors are installed in the apartments, and if the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, a fine will be applied to cover false alarm costs, cleaning, and ozone treatment.

You can pay in any convenient way for you: with a Visa or Mastercard bank card, cashless payment to the individual entrepreneur’s (FOP) account, in cash.
Payment is made in hryvnias at the National Bank of Ukraine exchange rate on the date of your stay. The credit card with which the prepayment was made must be physically present at the time of check-in by the cardholder.
The building has an underground parking. The parking lot is not owned by the aparthotel. The cost of parking a car today is about 100 hryvnias per day (2.5 euros/day). You can also use the parking lot as a shelter (bomb shelter) for free.
Accommodation with animals is possible for an additional fee, but only with small-breed dogs. A detailed description of the requirements for the animals that are allowed to stay is specified in our rules. The exact cost of the additional fee is displayed when booking apartments in the additional services tab.
