Loyalty program for regular guests

The regular guest card of our aparthotel provides different benefits depending on the status. Holders of such cards can receive discounts on accommodation, special offers and bonuses. The higher the status of the card, the more privileges are available to the guest.

Get a regular guest card that gives you a discount on accommodation. You can get a discount using your personal promotional code or by notifying the administration in advance that you have the appropriate card.

Conditions for obtaining a regular guest card:

"Gold" card (status) – 5% discount

This status is awarded to a guest who has stayed with us more than 15 times in the last 6 months.

"Platinum" card (status) – 10% discount

This status is awarded to a guest who has stayed with us more than 30 times in the last 6 months.

To get a card, contact us in any convenient way using our Contacts. We will send you a card by post or hand it over when you check in to the apartment. The status is valid for three years. If you have no bookings with us for a period of three years, your Gold and Platinum status will be reviewed or temporarily suspended.
