Rules of living in barasport city apartments

1. Check-in and check-out time

1.1. Standard check-in time: Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

1.2. Check-out time: Check-out before 12:00 p.m.

1.3. Early check-in and late check-out: Subject to availability, early check-in is possible from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and late check-out – until 6:00 p.m. The cost of this option is 50% of the cost of a night stay. In case of departure after 6:00 p.m., the payment is the full cost of a night stay. The administration must be informed in advance about the need for early check-in or late check-out.

1.4. Night check-in: Due to the curfew in the city of Kyiv, check-in at night is not possible. Due to the curfew, the staff of the aparthotel works until 10:00 p.m.

2. Payment and documentation

2.1. Payment methods: All forms of payment are accepted, including card payments, cashless transfer and cash.

2.2. Documents for business trips: At the guest’s request, all necessary documents for the apartment rental payment report are provided.

3. Storage of things

3.1. Before check-in and after check-out: Guests can leave their goods in the office of the apart-hotel at the address of 36E Yevhena Konovaltsya street (office 110/1).

4. Parking

4.1. Underground parking: Underground parking is available on the territory of the building. The parking lot is not owned by the aparthotel. The cost is approximately UAH 100/day.

5. Accommodation with animals

5.1. Allowed animals: Accommodation with animals is allowed only for small breeds of dogs (up to 6 kg) by prior agreement with the administrator.

5.2. Obligations of the pet owner:

Upon check-in, it is necessary to present the animal’s international veterinary passport with valid vaccines.
The guest must have a special container (cage) and a mat for the animal to sleep on.
The use of existing kitchen utensils for feeding the animal is prohibited.
For the natural needs of an animal that does not need a walk, it is necessary to have a special tray and napkins.
Walking of dogs is possible only in a collar and on a leash.

5.3. Damage compensation: In case of damage to property, the guest is obliged to compensate the damage in full.

6. Visiting by guests and conducting of events

6.1. Guests: Only the number of persons corresponding to the number of beds is allowed to stay in the apartments.

6.2. Parties and holidays: Parties and loud celebrations are prohibited in the rented apartments.

7. Smoking

7.1. Non-smoking policy: Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. Smoke detectors are installed in the apartments. If the alarm is triggered due to smoking, the guest will have to pay a fine for falsely calling the fire brigade and compensate for the cost of dry cleaning and ozonation of the premises.

8. Age restrictions

8.1. Minimum age for renting: Apartments can be rented only by persons who have reached the age of 18. Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID (passport, driver’s license) and credit card.

9. Barasport city apartments loyalty program

9.1. Regular guest: A guest who has repeatedly used accommodation services at barasport city apartments becomes a regular guest and gets access to the loyalty program.

9.2. Discounts for the duration of the reservation:

Booking from 3 nights: 5% discount.
Booking from 7 nights: 10% discount.

9.3. Loyalty program for regular guests:

Gold status: 5% discount. Received by guests who have stayed with us more than 15 times in the last 6 months.
Platinum status: 10% discount. Received by guests who have stayed with us more than 30 times in the last 6 months.

9.4. Special offers:

Booking for a month or more: 15% discount.
Group accommodation:
Package 1: When booking 5 apartments or more for at least 2 nights – 5% discount.
Package 2: When booking 10 apartments or more for at least 3 nights – 10% discount.

9.5. Special offer: On the guest’s birthday, a gift from barasport city apartments will await him.

9.6. General conditions: Discounts and offers within the loyalty program are not cumulative and are valid only for individual bookings.
