How to Order
To order laundry and ironing services, please get a form from the administrator and fill it out with your name, date, and apartment number. Leave the completed form at the reception desk or give it to our service staff.

- Items submitted by 6:00 p.m. will be returned the next day. Items submitted after 6:00 p.m. will be returned the following day or the same evening.
- The apartments are not responsible for any damage to clothing or accessories that may occur due to insufficient fabric durability.
- Garments made from fabrics unsuitable for washing are accepted only with written permission from the guest and at their own responsibility.
- Claims regarding service quality are accepted within three days of item collection.
- The apartments are not responsible for items left outside the apartment premises.
- All compensations are made in UAH.
