We try to surround each guest with comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Therefore, we have developed
special rules that will provide our guests with friendly and safe environment
Check-in
Upon arrival in barasport city apartments, you must provide the main guests’ valid passports or identity cards and sign the
agreement form for renting the apartment.
We do not check in guests under 18 years old. Guests under the age of 18 years must be
accompanied by their parents or their legal representatives.
We will refuse admission to guests in state of strong alcohol intoxication or if behaved
inappropriately.
Payment
Payment for accommodation is made in full at the time of check-in.
All cases of early check in and late check out must be discussed individually with one of our
managers.
Check-in time – after 14:00.
Check-out time – before 12:00 (noon).
Upon arrival the manager may charge a deposit of 1000 UAH. This deposit will be returned if upon
check out the apartment is in the same condition as it was provided.
General rules
It is necessary to ensure the safety of property located in the apartment, as well as its integrity and
cleanliness.
It is forbidden to bring stabbing, flammable, explosive, poisonous and/or offensive substances and
objects into the apartment.
The guests can not engage in the rearrangement of furniture. It is also forbidden to appropriate
bed and bath accessories or other items from the apartment.
Should any faults or flaws be found in the apartment the guest must immediately inform one of our
managers.
All guests must comply with safety regulations. When leaving the apartment please make sure that
all the electronic appliances and the lights are switched off.
Please note that from 22:00 to 8:00am it is forbidden to listen to loud music and disturb the
neighbors.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. In case of violation, the
manager may charge a fine of 3000 UAH.
The administration is not responsible for the loss of guests’ valuable things left in the apartment.
The administration keeps the right to enter the apartment without the consent of the Guest, if the
guest cannot be contacted, does not open the door, or there are other objective reasons.
Check-out
At the end of the stay, the guest must return the keys to the manager. In case of loss of keys the
Guest is obliged to pay a fine – 500 UAH.
In the event of material damage or loss of property located in the apartment, the guest must
reimburse it in full.
When reporting an early check out, less than 24 hours before estimated check out time, the
payment for the current day will not be refunded.
